Targeting Analyst, Mid

The Challenge:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and who is passionate about protecting national security and executing justice. Our targeters use their expert research skills to identify and build detailed profiles of targets, develop long-term investigative strategies for maximum mission impact, and support operational planning and execution efforts against high-profile hackers and cyber threat groups. Supporting a variety of agencies, you’ll work along a strong technical team and, as a fully integrated partner, you’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with our client.  

Join us as we identify nation-state and criminal cyber threats, actors, and their TTPs to support US national security missions. Leverage your experience in analysis, research, targeting, and operations in the intelligence community to develop a holistic view of assigned cyber threats. Conducting in-depth, all-source research, you’ll identify emerging cyber threats, subjects, or sources. By fusing your technical expertise with intelligence analysis, you will assist with the integration, coordination, and dissemination of relevant information to appropriate parties. Upon gathering, interpreting, and evaluating information from both classified and unclassified sources; you’ll make recommendations to proactively move our client’s mission forward.  

You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience in a targeting mission profile or threat intelligence analysis role as a targeter, threat analyst, or intelligence analyst 
  • Experience with conducting strategic and tactical intelligence analyses 
  • Experience with identifying, enumerating, and targeting persons of interest 
  • Experience with counterintelligence or HUMINT 
  • Experience with identifying cyber tactics, techniques, and procedures 
  • Top Secret clearance 
  • BA or BS degree 

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with federal law enforcement and the intelligence community 
  • Experience with all-source analysis 
  • Experience with source operations and collection 
  • Experience with a foreign language 
  • Experience with sociocultural and sociopolitical affairs pertaining to regions of interest 
  • Experience with tracing cryptocurrencies or financial investigations 
  • CEH, Security+, or Network+ certification 
  • Experience with leveraging Cyber technical expertise, including NetFlow analysis, forensics, and malware analysis 
  • BA or BS degree in Cybersecurity or Law Enforcement


Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.
