Job Description
Key Role:
Research, design, and prototype the look and feel of both digital and non-digital products, making products more intuitive, easy to use, and aesthetically pleasing for the user. Apply basic principles, theories, and concepts and limited industry knowledge. Solve routine problems of limited scope and complexity and refer more complex issues to higher levels.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience with designing wireframes, low and high-resolution concepts, and working prototypes
Knowledge of Accessibility design principles for 508 compliance
Ability to demo and present designs and key milestones to peers and stakeholders
Ability to create and improve design solutions for applications that are based on user-centered design techniques
Ability to obtain a security clearance
HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:
Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies
Ability to collaborate with the product owner and liaise between the technical team and the client to establish a common understanding of requirements and design
Ability to contribute to the preparation for and delivery of software system demonstrations to the user community
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,100.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
