As a Global Strike Defense Mission Expert, you will bring your leadership, problem solving, consulting, strategic, tactical, technical, Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership and Education, Personnel, and Facilities (DOTMLPF), Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP), combatant command, and operational knowledge and skills to conduct in-depth analysis, assessments, and develop recommendations to support Global Strike systems throughout the life cycle management process. You’ll sharpen your skills as you research, analyze, assess, plan and support initiatives to Global Strike’s most stressing challenges. You will work with us to help plan, program, and execute integration of new technology into the DoD.

You Have:

  • 20+ years of experience as a leader in DoD organizations for nuclear and conventional operations, military aviation, command and control, communications, staff operations, and cross-functional issues

  • Experience with all aspects of Global Strike Command staff roles and modernization objectives

  • Experience with technical and operational support of USAF initiatives addressing the return of the Great Power Competition and multi-polar deterrent environment through the application of policy and operational expertise for nuclear deterrent forces

  • Experience with technical and operational environments, high-level functional systems analysis to establish prioritized solution pathways, and developmental trade space addressing mission requirements

  • Knowledge of military aviation, military planning, strategic- and operational-level planning, joint requirements process, contingency response operations, and military budgeting

  • Ability to analyze and assess complex projects involving state of the art technology and translate that technology into improved capability for the warfighter

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • Master's degree

  • Military Rated Aviation Qualification

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with Bomber Weapons and Tactics

  • Experience with bomber aviation test procedures

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
