Counterspace Electronic Warfare Intelligence Analyst, Senior

Key Role:

Support the technical analysis, development and operational integration of space data analytics relating to Electronic Warfare (EW) and Cyberspace for mission critical efforts. Research, characterize, and identify vulnerabilities of technologies relating to EW and their potential impact on US National Security Space systems and support the development of US EW systems. Leverage space operational experience and understanding of threats to advise the client in the development of resilient Force Designs. Perform as an all-source analyst, intelligence advisor, and threat subject matter expert to support the analysis needs of the client. Conduct counterspace studies and analysis, including mission gap analysis and threat-specific kill chain analysis. Employ scientific and engineering principles to analyze capabilities, architectural design, and employment of electronic warfare (EW) systems in support of tactical, operational, and strategic objectives. 

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience conducting all-source intelligence analysis in the IC, DoD, or EW or Cyber environment

  • 3+ years of experience conducting space architecture design and vulnerability analysis, collaborating with IC professionals, and informal and formal IC tasking mechanisms

  • Experience with a variety of analytical methodologies to support predominantly technical issues, including network analysis, link and relationship discovery analysis, and temporal analysis

  • Experience fusing disparate intelligence sources to inform space threat environment and support the development of future counterspace strategies

  • Knowledge of networks or technology with customer tools and databases to identify, extract, and analyze pertinent information and provide technical analysis to address intelligence gaps

  • Knowledge of the IC, including roles and responsibilities across various IC organizations and IC reporting, sources, dissemination mechanisms, and tradecrafts

  • Knowledge of the outer space environment and operations, and counterspace threats pertaining to space-based weapons

  • Ability to lead cross-domain technical teams, including Intelligence Researchers, Domain SMEs and Technical Engineers, define problems, supervise studies, lead surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions, and present leadership decision quality briefings and papers

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • HS diploma or GED

 

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with EW, Cyber, Satellite Communications (SATCOM), Position, Navigation and Timing (PNT), Command and Control (C2), and foreign Counterspace desired

  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
