Key Role:

Provide onsite logistics support, installation, integration and system administration of government provided technical solutions. Address critical system issue incidents within 8 hours, including providing a response to the primary work location of the incident, analyzing the incident, and performing required actions with available components and resources. Respond to degraded services incidents within 48 hours, including taking action on the primary work location of the incident, analyzing the incident, and performing required actions with available components and resources. Address general issue incidents within 96 hours, including providing a response to the primary work location of the incident, analyzing the incident, and performing required action with available components and resources. Work directly with vendors for all parts, components, and services covers under warranty after notifying a government representative.

Basic Qualifications:

-3 years of experience with SIEM/IDS/IPS maintenance or implementation

-1 year of experience with complex testing and analysis of all elements of network facilities, including power, software, communications devices, lines, modems, and terminals

-Ability to monitor and control the performance and status of network resources

-TS/SCI clearance

-BS degree

-DoD 8570.01M IAT Level II Certification
