Military Concept Development Action Officer

Key Role:
Maintain responsibility for coordinating, facilitating, and assisting mission area subject matter experts by analyzing the development and coordination of operating concepts that describe future warfighting approaches across multiple capability and mission areas. Manage tasker tracking and conference coordination. Coach subject matter experts through writing concept documents. Communicate issues, obstacles, and recommendations to leadership. Track and apply awareness of changes within the DoD and AF concept development and approval processes.

Basic Qualifications:

-2+ years of experience with developing strategic or tactical-level documents for the DoD

-Ability to analyze and coordinate operational concepts

-Ability to execute work on client-site using government systems and processes

-TS/SCI clearance

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with space operations, space capabilities, or space assets

-Knowledge of Space Fundamentals and their application in national defense

-Knowledge of the HQ Air Force Space Command organization

-Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint

-Ability to guide teams of stakeholders through the development of written documents

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent analysis and time management skills

Clearance:
