In this role, you’ll directly impact our space capability by leading the team to design and develop the high fidelity simulation software critical to modeling system performance and supporting the test and evaluation of developed operational software and hardware. You Have:

• Experience with high fidelity simulation development using Java and C++

• Experience with Agile processes

• Experience with technical leadership of small teams

• Secret clearance

• Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with Cloud development

• Experience with development and use of simulations in conjunction with operational software

• Experience with RF systems, Active Electronically Scanned Arrays (AESA), calibration, radar waveforms, Electronic Attack (EA), or Electronic Protection (EP)

• Experience with radar waveforms, digital beamforming, adaptive processing or algorithm development

• Top Secret clearance

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Compensation:

The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is 140,000 to 165,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
