You Have:

• 10+ years of experience in large-scale space systems integration and systems engineering on space vehicles, OPIR payloads, and TT&C subsystems 

• 10+ years of experience supporting space-related Major Defense Acquisition Programs, including space, ground, software, or hardware system 

• Experience with the development of technical specifications, interface control documents, integration plans and schedules, and inter-service support agreements  

• Ability to perform multiple systems engineering and program management functions in support of design reviews and requirements verification  

• Ability to identify, analyze, resolve technical risks and issues, develop technical reports, and collaborate with government and other stakeholders to implement recommended solutions 

• Ability to communicate and establish collaborative relationships with government clients, Federally Funded Research and Developmental Centers (FFRDC), and associate contractor teammates to achieve program goals  

• Ability to be highly motivated with a dynamic work ethic and a strong desire to contribute to the DoD mission  

• Secret clearance  

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Physics

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with performing systems engineering, integration, and test on space-based remote sensing systems 

• Experience with using Model-Based Systems Engineering approach to manage system definitions and technical baselines 

• Knowledge of DoD 5000.01/02 

• Knowledge of Agile Methodologies 

• TS/SCI clearance 

• Master’s degree in an Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science or Physics field

• INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional Certification, including ASEP, CSEP, or ESEP Certification

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is 110,000 to 140,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
