System Engineer

You Have:

-10+ years of experience with strategy, innovation, corporate development, business development, or management consulting

-Experience with crafting multi-sector strategies and projects that unify and define a clear and effective approach

-Experience in working directly with the US government to implement real-world projects with measurable results

-Experience with leading development and implementation of innovative business models, programs, or new products and services

-Ability to integrate complex cross-functional projects

-TS/SCI clearance

-MA or MS degree

Nice If You Have:

-Ability to shape and develop a strategy for how programs will engage with senior governmental leaders in strategic discussions on the rapid fielding of capabilities

-Ability to collaborate closely with developmental team members, to develop and execute the strategy

-Ability to foster collaboration among teams to ensure integration in practice

-Ability to identify cross-project synergies, establish strategic offers, and develop processes to fortify communication and collaboration across areas
