Strategic Business Developer, Lead

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Business Developer to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and fostering strategic partnerships that align with our mission of providing innovative and high-quality solutions to support national defense.

In this role, you will leverage your expertise in market analysis, business development, and strategic planning to identify new opportunities, develop comprehensive business strategies, and lead initiatives that enhance our market position. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, program management, and senior leadership, to ensure that our business development efforts are aligned with our strategic objectives. You'll identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with the the client's mission and strategic goals. You'll develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth and enhance market presence. You'll build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry partners, and customers. You'll conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver proposals, presentations, and other business development materials. You'll monitor and report on the effectiveness of business development initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience managing DoD programs and acquisitions

  • 5+ years of experience in program management supporting the DoD

  • 3+ years of experience supporting financial reporting and budgets

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Science, or Engineering

Nice If You Have:

  • Master degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Science, or Engineering

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $125,600.00 to $285,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
