As the Chief of Staff, you’ll work closely with our DoD senior-level clients in support of the warfighter, aiding in the timely delivery of capability to meet mission objectives and ensuring our clients' mission is our mission. We’re looking for someone like you to lead a team of experts and be an advisor and liaison to the Government client.
This is an opportunity to work with Booz Allen colleagues, Government clients and cross-functional teams from various DoD and Government agencies to plan and execute large-scale space and ground system acquisition programs. You’ll integrate DoD integrated Strategic SATCOM systems across a large stakeholder community and manage technical projects, including reporting on performance, cost, schedule, and risk. You’ll develop strategies and plans to synchronize and facilitate client business rhythms such as planning, scheduling and facilitating technical interchange meetings and technical and program management reviews. You’ll orchestrate the development, coordination, and closure of high-priority tasks and initiatives in accordance with established timelines and quality standards. From building and maintaining relationships with senior-level clients and stakeholders, aiding in decision making to obtaining consensus, you’ll lead meaningful Chief of Staff duties. You Have:
- 10+ years of experience managing DoD acquisition performance baseline (APB) and business operations
- 8+ years of experience with program management and leadership
- Experience prioritizing and coordinating high-priority, high-visibility tasks and initiatives set by the PM
- Experience communicating and advising senior-level client on courses of action (COAs)
- Experience with using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience supporting senior-level clients, contributing at Program Management, Technical Reviews and Risk Review Boards, and at the Integrated Product Team (IPT)-level
- Ability to work with internal and external clients, including cross-functional team in professional environments
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
