Organizational Transformation Lead

It’s why we’re looking for an organizational transformation and change consultant like you who can help identify long-term goals and support the creation of the processes needed to achieve them.
This is an opportunity to create change and efficiency in the U.S. Space Force. As a change management consultant, you’ll lead a team and assess how alternations will impact business processes and design to develop a communications plan, training, or a change strategy. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, you’ll have a tangible impact on your client’s mission, providing them with a holistic view of their organization as they transform their practices for the better.

You Have:
- 10+ years of experience supporting organizational design, change management, or process improvement efforts for the DoD
- 3+ years of experience leading and managing teams
- Knowledge of the U.S. Space Force or DoD Space Operations
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience at a major consulting firm or with a defense contractor
- Experience serving as a contract support for the Space Force, Air Force, or USSPACECOM
- Knowledge of the space domain’s current and emerging technologies, including remote sensing and warfighting architecture
- TS/SCI clearance
- Master's degree
- Organizational Design, Change Management, or Process Improvement Certification
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
