You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience supporting design, integration and test of ground and space system, or aerospace systems

  • Experience developing, maintaining, or reviewing integration documents to include the System Integration and Test Plan (SITP), Requirements Verification Ledger (RVL), Requirements Verification Plans (RVP), and Interface Control Documents (ICD)

  • Experience reviewing drawings, documents, and procedures for hardware design, manufacturing, integration, program planning and execution, and providing comments and recommendations

  • Experience identifying, documenting, and analyzing integration activity interdependencies, giver and receiver relationships, issues, and risks, and recommending solutions, mitigations, alternatives, and corrective actions for these risks

  • Ability to recommend systems engineering and integration process improvements that increase efficiency, reduce risk, cost and schedule, and improve integration, communication and collaboration

  • Ability to perform multiple systems engineering and program management functions in support of design reviews, milestone reviews, and requirements verification, and provide technically based recommendations

  • Ability to communicate and establish collaborative relationships with government clients, Federally Funded Research and Developmental Centers (FFRDC), and associate contractor teammates to achieve program goals

  • Top Secret clearance

  • Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with performing systems engineering, integration, and test on space systems

  • Experience performing launch integration activities

  • Experience with using Model-Based Systems Engineering approach to manage system definitions and technical baselines

  • Knowledge of DoD 5000.01/02

  • Knowledge of Agile Methodologies

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • Master’s degree in an Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related field

  • INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional Certification such as ASEP, CSEP, or ESEP

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
