Job Description
Key Role:
Join a high-impact team supporting special operations with advanced data engineering capabilities across multiple networks. Enable key leaders across multiple directorates to access critical business data, operational analytics, and mission-critical information, allowing them to make informed decisions rapidly. Assist in establishing a holistic data infrastructure by creating and sustaining secure data pipelines across multi-domain networks.
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in application development and data transformation logic using Python and PySpark
3+ years of experience designing, developing, operationalizing and maintaining complex data applications at enterprise scale
3+ years of experience building scalable ETL and ELT workflows for reporting and analytics
Experience with data governance and cybersecurity protocols, including SOF and DoD standards
Experience creating solutions within a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
Ability to develop scripts and programs for converting various types of data into usable formats, support to the project team to scale, monitor, and operate data platforms
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with design and deployment of data infrastructure on cloud environments, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud, utilizing cloud native tools such as AWS Redshift, S3, BigQuery, or Databricks
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Experience implementing CI/CD best practices
Master's degree in Data Engineering or a related field
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
