Requirements Manager and Integrator

Key Role:
Develop stakeholder relationships and apply advanced capability knowledge. Identify your stakeholders’ business and system requirements and translate and decompose those needs into actionable software requirements, test criteria, and scenarios. Manage the requirements analysis process and manage small teams.   
Basic Qualifications:
-Experience with interpreting requirements policy, procedural, and operational changes to increase program effectiveness and mission accomplishment
-Experience in assisting with developing policies, processes, and procedures pertaining to requirements processing
-Ability to coordinate staff actions and tasking related to submitted requirements
-Secret clearance
-BA or BS degree
Additional Qualifications:
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-Possession of excellent organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
