SharePoint and Power Platforms Lead

The Opportunity:

At a certain point, experience-based system design can start to look like clairvoyance. When you’ve developed so many systems that you can not only orchestrate the best solution for any technology-based challenge, but you can also anticipate and preempt future issues, you’re a solutions architect. You’ve evolved your skills into strategy through a long path of software development accomplishments and the curiosity to understand how all the pieces of an IT ecosystem fit together. Are you ready to use your combination of knowledge, skill, and experience to take on the toughest challenges in the DoD?

As a technical lead using skills in PowerApps, PowerAutomate, SQL, PowerBI, Relational Databases, programming experience with C#, React, Angular, and .NET, on our team, you'll translate your customer’s IT needs and future goals into a plan by crafting forward leaning solutions to business problems using technologies available in the DoD architecture. Through your leadership, we’ll help transform the way the DoD uses technology including cloud migration, integrating advanced technology, and modernizing legacy systems. And, what do you do next in a career where you’ve reached this level? You mentor the next set of developers to help them grow into tomorrow’s solutions architects. As a technical leader, you’ll shape the digital solutions business and identify opportunities for growth.

Work with us and build the future of technology in the DoD for the better.

Join us. The world can’t wait.

You Have:

  • Experience working closely with clients to understand and document business needs, gather requirements, iterate on client feedback, provide technical recommendations in clear non- technical language to stakeholders

  • Experience conducting code review and ensuring adherence to development standards while identifying technical risks and propose mitigation strategies

  • Knowledge using Power Applications, both Canvas and Model Driven with exposure to working with Dataverse

  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS

  • Ability to drive technical direction, architecture and execution of development by creating document templates in both word and pdf and populating them with application data at various stages of business processes

  • Ability to manage a team of developers in a very fast paced, agile development environment with often competing priorities while providing timely feedback and maintaining quality

  • Ability to develop the architecture for SharePoint Online sites, workflows, permissions, metadata, and integrations and are comfortable reading HTTP Request and Response bodies and JSON

  • Knowledge and expertise in using Power BI, creating visualizations in a shared development workspace

  • Ability to QA/QC test, feedback and bug tracking and follow up on mitigations

  • Top Secret clearance
