Irregular Warfare Uniform Support Analyst

What You’ll Work On:

  • Serve as the SME in OPFOR, augment the OPFOR primary staff during the military decision-making process, produce annexes and products, advise the commanders, and conduct briefings as required.

  • Certify as a WARSIM Battle Simulation Workstation Operator.

  • Prepare computer simulation with exercise scenario plan command and control graphics.

  • Prepare computer simulation by placing assigned units into doctrinal formations, ensuring placement is situated to the terrain and is a tactically correct representation based on combat orders and the scenario.

  • Mentor and supervise WARSIM Battle Simulation Workstation Operators.

  • Input computer orders and generate reports as directed.

  • Ensure the OPFOR Commander’s intent is executed in JLCCTC and ensure all operations are compliant with current applicable OPFOR doctrine.

  • Coordinate maneuver operations between command post staff and simulation operators.

  • Manage efforts for the OPFOR Support Division.

  • Deploy to forward locations to assist with OPFOR operations in various countries, as required, in support of U.S. military operations.

You Have:

  • Experience with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint 

  • Knowledge of Army and Joint regulations and current doctrine

  • Ability to travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations up to 20% of the time

  • Secret clearance

  • HS diploma or GED and 10+ years of experience in the military, or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in the military

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience as a field grade officer, warrant officer, or sergeant major

  • Experience serving in a key developmental position at brigade or battalion level

  • Experience with Constructive Simulation Models such as Joint Land Component Constructive Training Capability (JLCCTC) or  Warfighters Simulation (WARSIM)

  • Experience working with the Mission Command Training Program (MCTP)

  • Knowledge of FM 7-100 series OPFOR doctrine

  • Possession of excellent problem-solving skills

  • Possession of excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills and a customer-focused approach

  • Master's degree

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
