Computer Network Exploitation Analyst

As a network exploitation professional, you know that understanding the adversaries’ tactics, techniques, and procedures are crucial to producing the intel that enables the success of mission owners. At Booz Allen, you can apply your vulnerability analysis, network mapping, exploitation, defensive, and IT logging process experience to execute offensive cyber operations that inform our nation’s most critical security missions.

On our team, you’ll provide expert Computer Network Exploitation (CNE) and analytic support against high value targets to enable actions and intelligence collection via computer networks that exploit data gathered from target information systems. You’ll work side-by-side with customers to tackle complex and challenging problems in computer network analysis, network exploitation, reverse engineering, Cyber threat intelligence, digital network intelligence, dataflow, computer forensics, and SIGINT development. Additionally, you’ll characterize logical and physical networks using multiple sources of data, including analyzing various protocols and applications. Safeguard the future with us and develop offensive cyber operations that are essential to providing national security for today and tomorrow.

You Have:

  • 8+ years of experience with CNE, networking, telecommunication systems, or analysis

  • Experience with analyzing target network data and metadata to guide CNE operations

  • Ability to read and analyze network configuration files, including routers, switches, and firewalls to comprehend network connectivity and perform large-scale network mapping

  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, or IT or 4+ years of experience with analyzing target network data in lieu of a degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience in CNO conducting operations and working with analysts, operators, and developers

  • Experience with development using Python, Ruby, or Perl to automate analysis

  • Experience with Windows Host and Network Forensics

  • Experience in penetration testing with Linux or Windows Networks

  • Experience with Cloud infrastructure, SDN or NFV, 5G, and Hadoop

  • Master's degree in an IT related field

  • GPEN, CCNP, CCIE, GWAPT, GNFA, GXPN, GREM, OSCP, OSCE, or a related Certification preferred

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
