Cyber Project Manager

The Opportunity:

Design, implement, and maintain strategic, multi-disciplinary IT programs in support of corporate strategy. Apply advanced consulting skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction. Mentor and supervise team members.

You Have:

• 8+ years of experience in Technical IT or Cybersecurity Project Management
• Experience leading 24x7 NOC/SOC teams, including escalation management and complex incident response
• Experience managing large-scale DoD network deployments and operating within classified environments
• Experience overseeing shift schedules, staffing models, and continuity of operations for 24x7 mission-critical environments
• Experience coordinating major incidents, including cross-functional response and executive-level communication
• Experience in troubleshooting critical infrastructure issues, coordinating with engineering teams, and engaging vendor support
• Ability to perform process mapping, analyze operational processes, and develop or refine SOPs
• Ability to monitor, manage, and report performance metrics, KPIs, SLAs, incident trends, and operational readiness
• Secret clearance
• HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with Tableau, Qlik, or Power BI for operational and performance visualization
• Experience developing project artifacts, such as project plans, milestone charts, and operational roadmaps
• Experience with security operations, including detection, analysis, and mitigation aligned with threat intelligence
• Experience in developing, training, and mentoring Tier II/III engineers for technical growth and readiness
• Experience with Zero Trust security principles
• Ability to support cross-functional and executive interactions
• Possession of excellent leadership and communication skills
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
