As a change management consultant, you’ll use your expertise to assess how alternations will impact business processes. You Have:
Experience working with clients to understand their issues, needs, missions, and future direction
Experience with building, managing, and setting the direction of a Knowledge Management plan
Experience with Microsoft Teams administration and reporting for a large organization
Experience with Microsoft SharePoint 2016 through 2019 and Office365 platforms, including administration and development such as SharePoint sites, sub-sites, libraries, and lists and maintenance of SharePoint-based enterprise solutions
Experience with promoting knowledge sharing through the organization's operational business processes and systems by strengthening links between knowledge sharing and the information systems, and improving integration among information systems in the organization, to facilitate seamless exchange of information across systems
TS/SCI clearance
HS diploma or GED and 12+ years of experience with Knowledge Management or Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience with Knowledge Management
Ability to obtain the Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM) Certification within 90 days of start date
Ability to obtain the Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) or Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate Certification within 90 days of start date
Nice If You Have:
Experience with content management
Knowledge of organizational change management
Ability to recommend actionable solutions
Ability to translate client needs and recommend actionable solutions
Ability to troubleshoot existing web architectures and systems, and maintain web-based architectures to support Knowledge Management initiatives
Ability to utilize tools, including PowerShell scripting, Power Platform, or Graph API to automate business processes
Possession of excellent organizational skills
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
Possession of excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
