Job Description
Key Role:
Support mobile device and operating system Tier III functions within a classified environment. Perform security and functional test on secure mobile smartphones and tablets using sound testing principles and a variety of custom and this party tools. Configure devices and operating systems for use on unclassified and classified systems, including issuance and installation of X.509 Certificates, and provisioning devices to an enterprise mobile management system. Lead the creation test plans and test reports with the ability to independently present findings to government clients. Harden secure mobile devices for high-profile DoD senior leadership, as required.
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience working in the military
Experience with mobile device and operating system security and functional testing
Experience with mobile device management and enterprise mobile management infrastructure
Experience with Windows and Linux server infrastructure
Experience with PKI concept and applications, including certificate management
Ability to harden mobile devices against DoD guidance including DoD STIGs
Ability to develop diagrams accurately using Microsoft Visio to standard operating procedures
Top Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Security+ CE Certification
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with mobile device operating systems, including iOS, Android, and Windows
Experience troubleshooting network outages and other common infrastructure issues
Experience with the latest Mobile Operating System STIGs released by the DoD
Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) device controls and security
Ability to present to senior-level clients
Ability to write and execute client-ready test plans and test case scenarios, and write and present client-ready test reports
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
Completion of Registration Authority (RA) training on DoD Public Key Infrastructure
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
