As a Signals Collection Analyst, you use your specialized SIGINT experience and your attention to detail to develop tactically- and strategically focused finished intelligence products to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. As a Signals Collection Analyst on our team, you’ll help your client understand their operational landscape. Using your understanding of various collection platforms, you’ll explore new data sources, build effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources including ELINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, MASINT, and open source. You’ll validate information and apply client tradecraft as you build assessments for senior leaders. As the authority on your collection analysis, your client will look to you for time critical recommendations, often under pressure. This is a chance to grow your expertise, develop new skills in Signals and share your methodologies with other analysts. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you’ll have resources for mentoring and learning new skills and tools. You Have:
-6+ years of experience as a Signals Collection Analyst

-3+ years of experience with analytic modernization tools and databases

-Experience with developing accurate signal chronologies and determining relationships between signals

-Experience with signals intelligence technical analysis
-Experience with writing to senior-level and tactical-level clients

-Knowledge of telecommunications and RF signal collection architecture

-Knowledge of classified and unclassified databases to use for baseline research of technologies of interest

-Ability to discover signals of interest especially in areas of high signal noise concentration or to expertly identify signals that are not typically associated with a particular geography or targeted group

-TS/SCI clearance

-HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

-Knowledge of ELINT, SIGINT, OSINT, and HUMINT databases, including tools for analysis and target development

-Ability to mentor and coach junior-level military Signals Collection Analyst

-Ability to work irregular hours

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
