Air Mobility Management Specialist, Senior

Key Role:

Synchronize Air Mobility and War Reserve Materiel (WRM) requirements in the INDOPACOM theater. Work with the client to develop procurement, fielding, storage, and sustainment of Air Mobility equities. Coordinate strategic and operational requirements, provide in-transit visibility (ITV), and analysis of theater distribution requirements of mobility capabilities within the INDOPACOM AOR. Coordinate with Joint Logistics Enterprise (JLEnt) partners, and multinational stakeholders to maintain situational awareness of worldwide deployment and distribution matters affecting operations within the region. Represent operational planning teams (OPTs) and working groups. Bring in-depth understanding and expertise to one or more aspects of service or joint missions, processes, and culture. Apply advanced consulting skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a government logistics and sustainment operations professional

  • 3+ years of experience with War Reserve Material (WRM)

  • 3+ years of experience working with Air Mobility

  • Knowledge of analytical and evaluative methods on a variety of logistics synchronization processes, procedures, data, issues, plans, and guidance

  • Knowledge of Air Mobility operational and exercise requirements and associated systems and processes

  • Knowledge of the Indo-Pacific Command (INDOPACOM) processes

  • Knowledge of Operation Plans, Time-Phased Force and Deployment Data (TPFDD), and Mobility Unit Type Codes (UTCs)

  • Knowledge of the INDOPACOM AOR

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with Lines of Effort that support the Joint Concept for Contested Logistics

  • Knowledge of Agile Combat Employment (ACE) in the INDOPACOM AOR

  • Knowledge of Joint Campaign, Contingency, and Crisis Action Planning procedures and in Joint and Air Force Doctrine

  • Ability to coordinate across multiple Service Components’ and Partner Nations’ staff

  • Ability to combine mission expertise with a technical mindset to help solve clients’ priority challenges

  • Ability to conduct strategic assessments and brief senior military leaders

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • Master's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
