Multi-Lateral Engagements Coordinator, Mid

Key Role:

Coordinate multi-lateral engagement opportunities with federal, non-federal and local, national, and international entities, including military organizations, government agencies, academic institutions, and think tanks. Coordinate requests and requirements for VIP visits and other special engagements. Prepare and present briefings, decision reports and information papers, and strategic communication products for executive-level leadership. Collaborate in bi-lateral and multi-lateral strategy development and implementation planning.

Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience in coordination, logistics, or communication roles

-Experience in working with multiple stakeholders to coordinate events and meetings

-Experience in interacting with or briefing senior executive stakeholders

-Ability to manage high priority tasks, meet deadlines, deliver under pressure, and pay strict attention to detail

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Congress and Tier 0 stakeholders

-Experience with the U.S. Air Force or Combatant Commands

-Experience with Indo-Pacific topics

-Experience with supporting various stakeholder engagements on projects

-Experience with consulting or implementing process improvement, change management, or strategic communications strategies

-Experience with applying fact-finding, analytical, and problem-solving methods and techniques

-Ability to work independently and with counterparts in various organizations

-Ability to show positive and proactive professionalism, personal initiative, and accountability

-Ability to create talking points, information papers, PowerPoint presentations, including correspond to share facts and recommendations

-Possession of excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Top Secret clearance preferred

-BA or BS degree in Government and Politics, Political Science, or Liberal Studies
