As a software engineer, you’ll contribute your skills and help solve problems with end-to-end assessments of agile environment developed solutions. From vision to production-ready system, we’re looking for someone like you to assess, evaluate, and guide software solutions written to develop, build, and operate the most modern ICBM weapon system in the world.

As a software engineer on our team, you’ll work with subject matter experts, developers, and fellow engineers to overcome our government customer’s most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches. You’ll use your passion to learn new tools and techniques, while helping to identify and implement system improvements. Using Agile Software development principles, you’ll guide development of safe, secure, and effective weapon system architectures for the ICBM. You’ll analyze the needs and the environment to ensure the solution weapon system contractors develop considers current architecture and operating environments as well as nuclear safety and surety for the ICBM system, for current and future functionality and enhancements.

You Have:

  • Experience with Agile Software Development

  • Knowledge of Requirements Engineering and Verification and Validation

  • Ability to obtain a security clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with Software Architecture and Design, UML, and SysML

  • Knowledge of Software Interfaces

  • Secret clearance

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
