As a systems administrator on our team, you have the chance to support the implementation of fixes needed to resolve deficiency reports and ensure software changes being accomplished do not adversely impact hardware performance. The systems administrator shall support Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Test Engineering, Hardware Engineering, System Administration, and Information Assurance areas. You Have:

  • 5+ experience performing system administration functions on the Battle Control Systems-Fixed and RTAP/RWS systems
  • Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Windows Operating Systems
  • Knowledge of BCS-F Operational expertise, including installation, configuration, and teardown
  • Knowledge of high level Subject Matter Expert (SME) of BCS-F Operations, Configurations, Capabilities, and Functional Characteristics in both live and test environments
  • Knowledge of network administration tasks from both a software and hardware perspective
  • Secret Clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with field service support
  • Knowledge of agile methodology
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering field preferred

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
