AI Solution Architect

Key Role:

Design and implement effective AI solution architecture or strategy, utilizing approaches of various AI technologies and methods to address clients' business problems and needs, while complying with company's strategies, business goals, and key ethical considerations. Apply advanced consulting skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction. Mentor and supervise team members.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with data science and advanced analytics concepts applied to real world problems
  • 3+ years of experience with data design and data pipelining tools, including data wrangling and ML data annotation at scale
  • 3+ years of experience with providing strategic and tactical support to customers on data engineering, data curation, and data governance best practices
  • 2+ years of experience with data streaming, ETL and ELT software, and data warehousing technologies
  • 1+ years of experience with cloud computing services, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform
  • Experience with leading and mentoring teams of data engineers, DevOps engineers, software engineers, data architects, and data scientists
  • Experience working with the DoD
  • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Science technologies
  • Top Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with distributed data and computing tools, including Spark, Databricks, Hadoop, Hive, AWS EMR, or Kafka
  • Experience with NoSQL implementation using MongoDB or Cassandra
  • Experience with data warehousing, including AWS Redshift, MySQL, or Snowflake
  • Experience with UNIX/Linux, including basic commands and Shell scripting
  • Experience with Agile engineering practices
  • Ability to communicate key value points and insights

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
