As an Emergent Threat Integrator, you’ll bring your leadership, technical, tactical, and training management background to collaborate with thought leaders in tactical units on projects for multi-domain tactical training. You’ll use your skills as you integrate, plan, synchronize, coordinate, and facilitate live, virtual, and constructive training using blended instruction techniques.

You Have:   

  • 5+ years of experience with the U.S. Army Program of Record and Commercial sUAS
  • 3+ years of experience with Army C-sUAS Operations
  • Experience conducting after-action reviews (AAR)
  • Knowledge of planning, executing, and facilitating Explosive Threat or Hazard Training
  • Ability to plan, execute, and facilitate training in classroom and austere environments
  • Ability to communicate effectively with brigade and battalion leadership
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have: 

  • 8+ years of experience planning, executing, and facilitating leader, individual, and collective military training
  • Experience in combined arms training and maneuver up to the BN level
  • Experience as a joint fires observer evaluator (JFO-E) or joint terminal attack controller (JTAC)
  • Experience with spectrum management, electromagnetic warfare planning, and executing EW activities
  • Experience as an observer controller (OC)
  • Experience being deployed in a combat or combat advisor role
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Master’s degree
  • sUAS Master Trainer V2 Certification
  • Completion of a Certified Foundational Facilitator or Instructor Course

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $51,600.00 to $105,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
