As a Regional Maritime Security Advisor, you’ll assist the foreign partner Navy in assessing maritime security (MARSEC) capability gaps and designing and implementing training, simulation, exercise, and certification programs to address these capability gaps and leverage Navy service Significant Security Cooperation Initiatives to assist foreign partners address capability gaps in support of U.S. Pacific Fleet.

You Have:
20+ years of experience supporting the Department of Defense (DoD)
10+ years of experience in military operations and exercises in the USINDOPACOM AOR
5+ years of experience working maritime security issues, including maritime domain awareness
5+ years of experience working in military plans
3+ years working with partner militaries
Experience in Naval Unit training or Coast Guard Unit training
Knowledge of the Indo-Asia-Pacific Region
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience working with Southeast Asian nations, especially the Philippines
Knowledge of USINDOPACOM policy and strategy
Knowledge of USINDOPACOM TCP or TCO, GCPs, OPLANs, CONPLANs, and Theater Security Cooperation Plans, including linkages to parallel national interests
Knowledge of Maritime Domain Awareness programs or SSCI development and execution for partners and allies
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
