The Opportunity:
As a Staffing and Program Management Specialist, you will primarily be responsible for leading, coordinating, and executing the program’s staffing, onboarding, and offboarding processes. You will oversee, manage, and track all staffing requirements and personnel onboarding and offboarding activities. You will coordinate with and assist project leads to identify and record hiring needs, track internal and external candidates and teammates, and maintain accuracy of open position statuses. You will also provide reports on staffing requirements, training records, and the overall staffing status of the contract.
The Staffing and Program Management Specialist coordinates and facilitates personnel onboarding to and offboarding from the program. Periodically, you will train employees and leaders on the staffing platforms and procedures used on the contract, perform quality audits, identify challenges and inefficiencies, and refine activities to streamline staffing, onboarding, and offboarding processes and procedures. Additionally, you will be responsible for all facets of ensuring international travelers have their Letter of Authorization (LOA), including collecting information, entering data in the Synchronized Predeployment Operational Tracker (SPOT) system, corresponding with travelers, and updating trackers.
On our team, you’ll work in a dynamic Program Management Office supporting operations activities, as required. Your contributions will support a geographically dispersed team with various program management and staffing needs. Working with project teams and leading onboarding and offboarding processes and activities, you will ensure that team members have a positive and seamless experience joining the program.

You Have:
- 2+ years of experience with data entry and database maintenance, data tracking and analysis, and metrics reporting
- Experience onboarding and offboarding personnel, and supporting and managing onboarding and offboarding initiatives
- Experience documenting processes and developing standard operating procedures
- Ability to perform detailed tasks such as generating personnel rosters and tracking personnel, training, and travel information
- Ability to capture, document, and assess performance metrics associated with staffing requirements and onboarding or offboarding personnel
- Ability to build strong working relationships and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive projects forward
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and work in a deadline-driven environment
- Ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions for process improvements
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with the DoD, Intelligence Community (IC), or FEDSIM programs
- Experience coordinating subcontractor and teammate staffing
- Experience with program or project management, and leading projects
- Experience using Microsoft applications such as PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power BI, and Excel
- Experience hosting and facilitating meetings and trainings with various stakeholders
- Knowledge of the Common Access Card application process
- Knowledge of DoD clearance submission, indoctrination and debriefing, and badging processes
- Possession of strong time management and organizational skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
