As a systems engineer on our team, you’ll have the chance to shape a NASA program by leading a Mission and Operations Integration function. Your customer will trust you to not only design and develop these systems, but also evolve them with advanced technology solutions. You Have:
- 15+ years of experience with mission development and integration assessments in support of cross program mission events at NASA, including GN&C and trajectory analysis
- Experience with NASA Flight Operations
- Experience with GN&C and Trajectory Analysis
- Experience working with systems engineering organizations and disciplines
- Knowledge of spacecraft simulation and modeling principles
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Systems Engineering
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with the Moon to Mars Program or Common Exploration Systems Development (CESD)
- Experience with mission integration
- Experience with project management
- Knowledge of Ground Rules and Constraints (GR&C)
- Possession of excellent analytical skills
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possession of excellent problem-solving skills
- Master's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
