Business Analyst, Mid
Key Role:
Provide business and technical expertise for the analytics process, tools and applications for a business function or business unit. Apply specific functional, working, and general industry knowledge. Develop or contribute to solutions for a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work independently with some guidance and review or guide the activities of junior employees.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience with identifying, researching, discussing, and resolving administrative and financial issues as part of a team
Experience with collecting and documenting system requirements and capabilities
Experience with using Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of business process design
Ability to track cost, schedule, and performance progress
Ability to work with various stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Additional Qualifications:
Ability to assist project managers with multiple projects and Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
