Key Role:
Coordinate with Booz Allen leadership and business sector leads, identify, develop, and manage cyber business opportunities within the Huntsville, Alabama geographic area. Lead Booz Allen efforts to develop and continually refine strategic advocacy opportunities to advance the corporate strategy, shaping the strategic environment to the left of requirements. Maintain responsibility for the successful technical, schedule, and cost performance of major cyber programs, or multiple programs, through subordinate program/project managers, in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines. Acquire follow-on business associated with areas of responsibility and supports new business development by leading major proposals personally, or through subordinate program/project managers. Manage a portfolio of cyber programs with supervisory and developmental responsibilities. Maintain responsibility for recruiting, interviewing, hiring staff and assigning staff and providing technical direction as necessary to complete program delivery. Sustain, develop, and grow the inventory of engagement Booz Allen Cyber Operations capabilities and investments with a focus on mission alignment and integration with cross-domain battle planning.
