As a senior Army logistics data mission expert, you’ll bring your leadership and advisory skills combined with Army strategic, tactical, and technical logistics and sustainment expertise, understanding of Army business enterprise and logistics portfolio transformation and strategy to work alongside thought leaders in Army business enterprise and data management. You will use your knowledge of current business and data processes, legacy ERP system and Defense Business System modernization along with an understanding of the emerging required capabilities to develop enterprise management recommendations that are integrated across mission areas and domains and Department of the Army readiness and transformation priorities. You’ll use your skills and expertise in developing and implementing initiatives at the Department of the Army level as you research, develop, analyze, assess, plan, support data centric Army initiatives.

You Have:
Experience with developing and implementing strategic level initiatives at the HQDA or Major Command level
Knowledge of the data centric approach to integrating Army information systems needed to effect Army digital transformation
Knowledge of logistics business processes using legacy systems, such as GCSS-Army, GFEBS, LMP, or AESIP, and the interrelations with Enterprise Business Systems -Convergence (EBS-C) modernization strategy, DoD and Army business processes, and business and operational systems
Ability to brief and communicate strategic initiatives at senior DoD and Army levels
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience as a senior executive at the HQDA or Major Command level in policy analysis and strategic planning and conceiving and implementing Army-wide transformation initiatives
Experience with leading large, enterprise-level data engineering programs and initiatives
Experience with program management for Army core business systems
Knowledge of the Army Campaign Plan and its objectives in driving Army transformation
Ability to communicate priorities to key stakeholders at the HQDA or DoD level through all echelons
Master's degree
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
