The Opportunity:

Here, you’ll have the chance to work with an Agile team as they develop digital products to support your clients’ most pressing missions. We’re looking for someone like you to help propel business analytics and processes forward, as well as delve into technology trends to deliver user-friendly client experiences.  

 

As an IT Business Analyst, you’ll work to develop leading-edge applications. Working with your team of architects, developers, testers, business analysts, DevSecOps engineers, data scientists, AI and ML engineers and alongside user experience specialists and content strategists, you’ll identify clients’ business needs, gather user requirements, and develop user stories. You’ll understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you’ll guide your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features. Together, you’ll deliver high business value products to our clients.

You Have:   

  • Ability to communicate design concepts across different audiences and varying levels within an organization

  • Ability to demonstrate visual design expertise

  • Top Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience with user research and creating intuitive user designs for software or web applications or 10+ years of experience with user research and creating intuitive user designs for software or web applications in lieu of a degree

  

Nice If You Have: 

  • Experience with UX and user-centered design

  • Knowledge of information architecture, workflow design, information management, and governance for site usability

  • Knowledge of evolving Web standards, including HTML5 and CSS3

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
