As a Requirements Analyst on our team, you have the chance to design directed energy systems to support the U.S. Navy. Your technical expertise will be vital as you evaluate and modernize non-kinetic and non-lethal weapon systems. You’ll develop your skills in directed energy, systems engineering, and requirements analysis while also gaining experience with DoD operations. You Have:

  • 2+ years of experience with identifying, tracking, and validating requirements for technical systems or component technologies

  • 2+ years experience with systems engineering for research and development (R&D) or science and technology (S&T) organizations and initiatives

  • Experience with supporting the development of systems engineering documents

  • Knowledge of systems engineering processes, policies, and guidelines

  • Secret Clearance

  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience conducting comprehensive risk management reviews and providing status updates on various programmatic and technical facets of R&D or S&T projects

  • Experience preparing for, participating in, and generating systems engineering artifacts to support milestone events, including Preliminary Design Reviews (PDRs) and Critical Design Reviews (CDRs)

  • Knowledge of Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools and techniques

  • BA or BS Degree
