IT Portfolio Analyst

Key Role:

Work with a high-performing, dynamic team developing innovative IT Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) and Portfolio Management (PM) solutions for a client agency. Analyze the development of customized CPIC and PM artifacts, templates, guidance, training, and analytic tools to assist the agency CPIC office with understanding the condition of their IT portfolios and maturing their IT CPIC processes. Support the client in developing portfolio analyses to help them better understand and gain greater transparency into their IT portfolio and provide comprehension and interpretation of OMB's A-11 and A-130, FITARA, and guidance for the agency's annual and monthly federal IT budget submissions. Provide analytical support for the drafting of CPIC policy and guidance for the client agency and administer the agency's electronic Capital Planning and Investment Control tool (eCPIC).

Basic Qualifications:
-2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project
-1 year of experience with capital planning
-Experience with research, data gathering, and quantitative analysis
-Ability to work with different teams and across organizations
-Ability to present and communicate analytical findings
-Ability to work independently to drive thought leadership within a high-volume client environment
-Public Trust clearance
-HS diploma or GED
