IT Network/Systems Administrator, Senior

Key Role:

Lead the development, implementation, and testing of IT computing platforms supporting multiple operating systems and virtualization environments. Work on integrating multiple technologies to support data processing and communications using state-of-the-art technologies, including server and client virtualization and thin and zero-client systems. Lead efforts to design, specify, install, and configure IT appliances, including network storage systems, such as SAN and NAS, load balancers, and other network appliances. Work in conjunction with software development and integration teams to develop, troubleshoot, and deploy commercial off-the-shelf (COTS), government off-the-shelf (GOTS), and developmental software applications in a mission environment.

Basic Qualifications:

-3 years of experience with 3 or more of the following technologies: Microsoft Windows Server 2012 and 2016 with Active Driectory, Linux or Centos operating systems, Network Storage, including SAN or NAS, virtualization systems and hypervisor installation and configuration, Hyper-Converged Infrastructure systems, such as Nutanix or Cisco Hyperflex, network load balancers, or DoD STIG implementation

-Secret clearance

-HS diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in a professional work environment, BA or BS degree and 10 years of experience in a professional work environment, or MA or MS degree in Engineering or IT and 8 years of experience in a professional work environment

-DoDI 8140 IAT Level 2 Cybersecurity Certification

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with IP networking technologies, including routers, switches, firewalls, and IDS/IPD systems

-Active Top Secret clearance

-Relevant technical certifications, including CCNA/CCNP, MCSA, MCSE, or VCP for DoDI 8140 compliance
