The Opportunity: 

Are you driven by the opportunity to build and grow existing cyber security solutions and craft cyber security strategies? Join our team and help defend the federal government’s networks and data. You will lead a team to manage the planning, implementation, and operational transition of Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM) tools and capabilities across a diverse, federated, and geographically dispersed federal agency.

As the relationship manager, you’ll apply a variety of management, conflict resolution, and risk mitigation techniques to resolve implementation, deployment, and transition issues for all internal and external stakeholders. You’ll lead a team of technical and non-technical subject matter experts to research, prepare, and deliver client-ready documents, presentations, and other materials on a variety of topics, including engineering plans, technical architectures, deployment and implementation schedules, purchase orders, and product catalog items.

You will define, implement, and manage a metrics-based approach to track CDM implementation and interface with internal and external stakeholders to incorporate metrics into relevant status and dashboard reports. You’ll develop and execute a comprehensive strategy in collaboration with other team leaders to identify, assign, and align resources appropriate to the work to be performed, including helping to build a dynamic, agile organization that can respond quickly to ad hoc demands while maintaining excellent quality levels. You’ll support the development of intellectual capital related to next-generation cyber opportunities and support whitepapers, proposal efforts, and client discussions that help the team grow into new and adjacent business areas. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

You Have:

  • 4+ years of experience with management and supervisory expertise, leading teams across a wide variety of IT and non-IT environments

  • Experience interfacing directly with senior government CISO, CIO, and contractor program manager staff

  • DHS Suitability

  • Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience leading the execution of FISMA-related programs across large and complex multi-agency environments

  • Experience leading and identifying security-related gaps in government environments and identifying and implementing solutions to close those gaps

  • Ability to be patient with a friendly demeanor, even under stressful circumstances

  • Possession of excellent time management skills

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Master’s degree in Management

  • PMP Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
