Key Role:
Be responsible for the management and implementation of organization policies and procedures to control and maintain physical and electronic assets, systems, and reporting. Collaborate across multiple disciplines while adhering to governing policies and procedures, in addition to federal regulations and corporate policies, such as FAR and DFAR, and maintain DCMA approval of the Government Property Management System. Develop methodologies for asset lifecycle from acquisition to disposal including tracking of property, inventory, material, software, locations, and costs. Utilize expert knowledge of asset and government property management to effectively recommend and lead successful changes and communicate and influence action with internal and external stakeholders to enable efficiency and effectiveness. Provide leadership, motivation, training, and awareness across all functional and organizational lines while driving team performance, providing training and development, and ensuring the effective utilization of all property management compliance systems and tools. Support internal and external Government Property Audits and comprehend, analyze, interpret, and advise on contractual requirements and regulations pertaining to Government Property. Solve complex issues and establish solutions to enhance the overall performance of the job function.
Basic Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in Asset Management including Government Property
Experience with transit asset management planning, Asset Management maturity assessments, facility condition assessments, and Enterprise Asset Management systems
Experience in strategic asset management, asset inventories and effective data management, asset management capability building and maturity assessments, and helping overall business process improvements
Experience in managing and delivering large-scale projects and the development of asset management policies
Experience in interpreting and applying Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) requirements pertaining to Government Property
Experience in process improvement to achieve long-term goals and objectives
Experience using Asset Smart, ServiceNow, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to actively grow and lead an asset management practice and track record of developing, mentoring, and supervising teams and projects
Ability to problem solve and make decisions using an organized, methodological, and creative approach
Bachelor’s degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience leading successful property Self-Assessments and interacting on a regular basis with key stakeholders
Experience with Ivalua
IAM Certification
NPMA Property Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $122,200.00 to $227,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
