As a command and control (C2) operations and systems analyst, you’ll apply your C2 expertise and leadership and communications skills. You'll be at the core of helping ensure the Air Force, DoD, and our coalition partners around the world accelerate the transformation to the systems, processes, and capabilities needed to outpace our adversaries and maintain decision advantage in the future. You'll apply your vast operational expertise to work alongside thought leaders in cyber, engineering, science, consulting, and analytics. You’ll use your skills and knowledge to research, develop, analyze, assess, plan, support, and implement critical transformational change, driving success into our nation's warfighting capabilities.

You Have:  

• Experience with programs and operations in the Air Force and Joint Command and Control systems
• Experience with operations and aeronautical rating as an 11, 12, or 13B
• Knowledge of Joint and Combined operational planning and employment
• Ability to analyze the toughest problems and orchestrate a diverse team of multi-disciplined experts to drive permanent solutions
• TS/SCI clearance 
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:  

• Experience in defense acquisition and the JCIDS process
• Experience with MAJCOM, Headquarters, or Joint Staff staffing processes
• Knowledge of AOC, Agile Wing, and TACS modernization initiatives and goals
• Ability to facilitate discussions and large workgroups of very diverse sets of expertise areas
• Master's degree

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary for this position is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, location, the candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies and experience, as well as contract specific affordability and organizational requirements. The proposed salary range for this position is outlined below.

Colorado: $100,600 - $210,200 (annualized USD)

New York (including New York City): $106,900 - $256,900 (annualized USD)
