As our candidate experience manager, you will use your skills to define and assess our candidate experience and develop a strategy to improve our overall candidate journey. This position is in McLean, VA; however, remote delivery will be considered.

You Will:

Define Booz Allen’s current candidate journey and seek feedback from candidates by creating and implementing a candidate survey

Research factors that impact candidate experience, conduct benchmarking analyses, and analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements to the talent acquisition process

Verify that the talent acquisition process includes clear expectations for candidates, timely and proactive communications, job-relevant assessments and interview questions, and feedback provided to candidates

Partner with leaders across talent acquisition to design and implement changes to the talent acquisition process

Collaborate with talent acquisition leaders to develop strategies for holding all who interact with our candidates accountable for providing an exceptional experience

You Have:

-7 years of experience in talent acquisition with a well-rounded background in attraction, experience, or technology

-3+ years of experience with driving successful large-scale recruiting projects and strategies in a rapidly evolving environment for a global brand

-1+ years of experience with ensuring the delivery of an exceptional candidate experience, positioning the organization as the employer of choice 

-1+ years of experience in working with a CRM and ATS from an operational or strategic perspective

-Experience with using various methods to collect and analyze data, including survey design and analysis

-Ability to interpret and translate data into actionable recommendations

-Ability to collaborate with, influence, and gain buy-in from key stakeholders at various levels across the organization in a matrix environment

-Ability to be a strong team player with a drive to create a collaborative, positive, and inclusive work environment

-BA or BS degree or 10+ years of experience with talent acquisition in lieu of degree

Nice If You Have:

-Experience with working in the IT industry

-Experience with working in a Fortune 500 company with a complex matrixed organization structure and business model

-Experience in working with government contracting or security cleared talent

-Possession of excellent analytical skills
