Capture Solutions Lead

Key Role:
Support complex and technical bids, including identifying and comprehending clients’ requirements and buying patterns, support the advancement of complex technical solution options and delivering client impact through a winning bid. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts throughout the business development life cycle. Maintain responsibility for ensuring the solution design and architecture will score strengths and resonate with clients. Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions for high-priority technically complex captures and proposals. Leverage business development and functional expertise to build addressable market and increased analytical development work in emerging markets. Communicate effectively with capture team, senior leadership, and other stakeholders. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience supporting the Federal Government market

  • 3+ years of experience with leading teams through highly complex strategies and solution development efforts for government proposal in excess of $250M

  • Ability to lead teams and stakeholders of all levels and experience throughout the solutioning process

  • Ability to obtain a security clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with developing and maintaining effective internal and external business relationships with clients and industry partners

  • Ability to show expertise in the business development life cycle and solution selling methodologies

  • Ability to communicate multi-step and interdependent activities effectively to capture teams and ensure efficient execution of captured efforts

  • Master's degree preferred

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.


The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is 160,000 to 220,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
