Change Management Consultant, Senior

The Challenge:

Are you passionate about helping organizations transform effectively? Are you looking for an opportunity to help modernize the Intelligence Community? Change within an organization is necessary, but it has to be done the right way. Your ability to understand the effects of change in an organization and how to mitigate challenges makes you the difference between project success and derailment.

As a change management consultant on our team, you’ll have a direct impact on adoption of new government IT systems, tools, projects, or initiatives. You’ll engage with your customers to analyze their environment and produce stakeholder analyses, change plans, targeted communications and training, and approaches that integrate and align change efforts with broader project plans to support success. You know change management isn’t a one-size-fits-all concept, so you’ll learn about your client’s operating environment and specific customer needs to create a customized action plan. You’ll assess how a change will impact business processes and current state activities to help your team develop a communications plan, training, or a change strategy to facilitate the implementation and achievement of the desired future state. As on-site change management support, your client will look to you to help them pivot as needs arise throughout the change cycle. Join us and lead change for the better in the Intelligence Community.

You Have:

  • 4+ years of experience in change management, organizational behavior, or business process improvement

  • Experience in working collaboratively with team members, government clients, and stakeholders

  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint

  • Knowledge of change management techniques and approaches

  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

  • Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with supporting the Intelligence Community (IC)

  • Experience with engaging and managing senior stakeholders on behalf of government clients

  • Experience with business process improvement

  • Ability to create and present senior-level briefings and reports

  • Ability to think critically, using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems

  • Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and make progress in areas where high ambiguity and uncertainty exists

  • Ability to perform in a high paced work environment with multiple competing priorities

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Master's degree
