The Client Engagement team within the Chief Information Office (CIO) plays a critical role providing secure, innovative, and cost-effective cloud and on-premises computing environments to support research and development, investment, operations, and innovation for other Booz Allen client-facing and internal teams. These offerings are delivered through a growing service catalog of solutions that are compliant with relevant cyber security standards such as CMMC, NIST 800-171, and NIST 800-53. The Client Engagement team is responsible for achieving key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs), and maintaining a roadmap of new capabilities based on demand signals of the client delivery teams and innovation in the technology and cybersecurity industry.
In the role of Client Engagement lead, you will be a strong technology leader to lead a Client Engagement team focused on enabling client teams to rapidly build, innovate, and deploy in an agile and secure fashion to achieve Booz Allen’s Velocity, Leadership, and Technology (VoLT) growth strategy.

You Have:
10+ years of experience as a technical leader, including implementation of complicated technical architectures and the implications of architectural decisions
7+ years of experience leading technical teams
Experience conducting proactive research, working with other leaders, and assisting other Information Technology engineers in the creation and communication of service catalog roadmaps and process improvements
Knowledge of technology areas such as Networking, Identity, Endpoint Management, Infrastructure-as-a-Service, Platform-as-a-service, Software-as-a-Service, Cloud Solutions Providers, Software Factories, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Lakes
Ability to present analysis and findings to peers and leadership
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics field
Nice If You Have:
Experience collaborating with dispersed teams contributing to global and multi-functional teams
Knowledge of industry standards and frameworks such as NIST, CIS, and CMMC
Knowledge across multiple IT operational and security disciplines
Ability to balance risks in ambiguous and complex situations through prioritization, goal setting, and motivation
Ability to work well under pressure and within time and budget constraints to meet objectives
Ability to communicate written and verbal technical concepts to a broad range of technical and non-technical staff
Ability to influence without authority
Top Secret clearance
Possession of excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $139,400.00 to $259,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
