Key Role:
Perform analysis and market research to develop and maintain innovative, compliant, and market leading compensation programs. Lead and drive full life cycle of cyclical compensation activities, including merit and salary increase benchmarking and design, budget setting, and administration of salary planning cycle. Support a dedicated business unit as the primary compensation point of contact, engaging as a consultant and advisor to proactively act on talent challenges and providing end-to-end client service on compensation-related matters. Support the administration of incentive programs, including data management, reports, bonus templates and calculations, and employee communications. Provide direct support of Workday activities, including preparing data for submission to Information Services, testing, validating, auditing, and reporting. Develop variable pay dashboards and other analytics, as needed. Lead special projects that drive the firm’s attraction and retention initiatives. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.
Basic Qualifications:
8+ years of experience working in a professional environment in a compensation role, including using critical thinking and critical analysis in one or more of the following fields: compensation, finance, analysis, data mining and optimization, statistics, or data visualization
Experience with using one or more of the following for data analyses: VBA, Excel, R, Python, Tableau, or SAS
Experience with presenting complex information to non-technical audiences
Experience with Human Resource (HR) technologies, including complex HRIS systems and creating or maintaining organizational effectiveness, analysis, and planning tools
Ability to apply probability and statistical techniques to analyze large and complex data sets and conduct the development and application of optimization models to support independent assessments of studies, analyses, reports, and cost estimates
Ability to hold a high degree of accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness for completion of projects
Ability to work independently and assume responsibilities
Bachelor's degree

Experience in a Workday environment
CCP Certification preferred
The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is 120,000 to 160,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
