Key Role:
Work on every element of government acquisition, including requests for proposal, pricing, financial analysis, program management, and subcontracting. Negotiate and administer contracts with the US government and subcontracts with large and small business prime contractors across the breadth of contract types. Negotiate teaming and non-disclosure agreements and organizational conflict of interest plans and review and analyze solicitations for potential risks and suggested proposal strategies, including compliance with requirements and the recommended pricing approach. Serve as an advisor for legal requirements, customer specifications, and government regulations. Monitor performance for conformance with contract compliance, including identifying and escalating problems that may threaten performance. Support the team in achieving success and improvement, including applying expertise in business acumen, negotiation, and public speaking and earn a seat at the leadership table. Join the team, provide full life cycle strategic contracts administration leadership, and support internal and external clients of DoD and civilian agencies.
Basic Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience with contracts, subcontracts administration, or procurement
-Experience with all contract types, including fixed-price, T&M, cost reimbursable, GSA schedules, Government Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs), BPAs, and Rapid Response IDIQs
-Experience with Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) terms and mitigation plans
-Experience with reviewing terms, conditions, and statements of work for areas of risk and risk mitigation in accordance with company policies and procedures
-Knowledge of the systems development life cycle and contracting terms and conditions designed to reasonably bound risk
-BA or BS degree or 8+ years of experience with contracts administration in lieu of a degree
