Corporate Engagement Vice President

Key Role:

Working closely with EVP, Corporate Engagement Lead, assist in developing, integrating, and executing a firm-wide relationship agenda that positions the firm and its executives appropriately and favorably with key external stakeholders and audiences.  Maintain responsibility for creating and communicating an integrated strategy that will promote favorable relationships and engagement to drive and sustain growth, and which is aligned to the overall business strategy. Proactively partner with business segments and functional teams to design, develop and implement relationship, engagement, and advocacy strategies for the enterprise. Build and maintain the right relationships with key stakeholders and to identify strategic forums which are important to Booz Allen’s future. Maintain regular interaction internally with business and functional leaders throughout the enterprise and externally with government leaders at all levels.  Ensure preparedness of executive leaders for meetings with stakeholders of all levels, including awareness and alignment with appropriate protocols.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 20+ years of experience advising senior level executives in a sophisticated corporate setting, with demonstrated success as a trusted business advisor

  • Experience working in defense, aerospace, national intelligence or government consulting

  • Knowledge of key engagement protocols, including engaging with government and industry executives in the executive and legislative branch, federal and civilian agencies, and the national intelligence and defense sectors

  • Ability to maintain a deep network of relationships across the Federal landscape and relevant executive branch agencies

  • Ability to obtain a security clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience in the military or civilian government preferred

  • Master’s degree preferred
