Job Description
Key Role:
Define and develop highly technical and complex cyber solutions for a variety of Defense clients. Identify, pursue, and drive capture and proposal activities for cyber-related opportunities. Lead solution architecture activities during solution ideation, capture solution design, and prototype development as necessary, and develop RFI and RFP responses. Establish the business case for the cyber solution, coordinate and collaborate across functional and business teams, and define the vision and requirements for the solution in conjunction with the technical team. Lead solutions and communicate to stakeholders, including the client as well as internal leadership.
Basic Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience designing and developing technical cyber solutions
- 5+ years of experience leading capture efforts and technical project delivery
- Experience leading highly technical pursuits, creating and refining processes, and establishing and maintaining business relationships
- Ability to collaborate effectively to incorporate cybersecurity solutions and develop high-quality strategies, implementation plans, and roadmaps
- Ability to work with and guide senior leaders to ideate, build, and execute cybersecurity capability maturation
- Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience in a cybersecurity compliance, operations, or engineering leadership role
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking and written formats
- Possession of excellent presentation skills
- CISSP Certification
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
