Digital Analyst, Senior
Key Role:
Support the business through customer experience measurement. Apply descriptive and diagnostic digital analysis techniques to understand customer journeys based on audience insights and behavior. Analyze a mix of digital channels for their effectiveness and understand what questions can be answered through analytics reporting platforms, including web analytics, organic search, site surveys, digital listening, heatmaps, and more. Evaluate data sets to identify anomalies or areas of opportunity to provide clients with actionable insights and recommendations. Share measurement guidance with stakeholders to be used as a framework to identify goals, objectives, key performance indicators, targets, and actions that inform reporting efforts. Work without considerable direction, mentor and may supervise team members.
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience with using web analytics to analyze customer behaviors
3+ years of experience with social media engagement and reporting and digital listening
Experience with the development of goals, objectives, and key performance indicators in relation to measurement plans
Experience with creating customer surveys and analyzing responses
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
Experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Experience with User Research
Experience with Market Research
Experience with CX management software, including Medallia or Qualtrics
Experience with using statistical computer languages, including R, Python, or SLQ, to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets
Knowledge of Agile methodology and frameworks, including Scrum or Kanban
Ability to work on multiple projects at once, manage time and tasks efficiently, and communicate availability and status to project leads proactively
Possession of strong qualitative and quantitative research skills
Possession of excellent verbal, visual, and written communication skills to communicate suggestions and recommendations to clients in a clear and concise manner

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
